Pet care experience
I love cats. I currently own two and have lived with them my whole life. I own a car and can reliably get to your house even in the toughest weather (I am from MN). I have minimal experience caring for dogs more than feeding, walking, and playing with them.

Once again, Jonathan did a GREAT job caring for my Mongo. He followed my instructions perfectly, spent time and effort getting the food right and played with Mongo at each visit. Will DEFINITELY hire again...
Jonathan was a great pet-sitter and I’ll be happy to book his services again and refer him to friends! I could tell my cat was very comfortable around him given the pictures of the cat he sent me daily. What time does your cat/dog typically go for a walk, get fed, etc.? What is your cat/dog’s favorite toy? Is your cat/dog triggered by anything unusual?
A typical day
I wish every day for my cats to be adventure cats, but I can’t get them to like the harness. If your cat is harness trained I will definitely take them for a walk around the block. Otherwise I will play, pet, brush, etc. them as much as they will allow. I enjoy walking dogs and can easily keep them entertained with toys. I am personally a big fan of the tug of war type toys, but a classic throw and fetch game is also good.

Availability
I am a doctoral student at Cornell. I can pop in when needed and am free most days of the week. In addition to pet care, I’m a big plant guy and can water plants indoors and out, as needed.
