Pet care experience
Pets have been a source of joy and companionship for me ever since I was a child. My parents let us have common pets (such as dogs, cats, fish, etc.) as well as less common pets (such as desert tortoises, an aviary of birds, and even a hedgehog!). Thanks to Rover, I am able to foster this same love and respect for animals among my own children, even though we're not able to have pets of our own right now as I pursue a PhD. We are saving what we earn via Rover to buy our own dog "once daddy finally graduates" :) If you choose us, we will treat your beloved pet(s) as if they were our own, showing them the affection and care they deserve. We also promise to be punctual, reliable, and flexible with the unexpected changes life brings you. We hope you'll select us and set up a Meet & Greet!

Jonathan is an excellent dog sitter and house sitter and an all-around good guy! He handled our very rambunctious 10-month-old, 130 pup perfectly and they have become famous pals. He also managed some repair activities that were going on at the house and did so with much grace and careful attention to detail. He is extremely trustworthy and we give him a big five star endorsement!!
Jonathan and Deborah and kids took amazing care of Lola this past week and last. We had a sitter lined up who cancelled at the last minute. Jonathan really came to the rescue and the minute we did our meet and greet we knew Lola would be happy there. Lola was so well cared for and we enjoyed getting pictures. My parents were going to pick her up before my husband and I got home but my mom sustained an injury and Jonathan and his family was more than accommodating to keep Lola for a few extra days. Jonathan is dependable, professional, and sweet and will take excellent care of your pup. Jonathan answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. We enjoyed hearing stories upon our return of Lola’s adventures. I 1000% recommend Jonathan and his family and look forward to the next time Lola can stay with them.
Jonathan was great - flexible with our family’s changing schedule. He took lots of pics of Roscoe out walking and have him lots of love. Highly recommend!
Jonathan stayed with our 2 dogs over Memorial Day weekend. He did an excellent job, sent us updates, and even cleaned up our yard and vacuumed. We will definitely use him going forward, and I highly recommend him!

Since my days currently consist of mainly research/writing my dissertation and being a dad, I have a very flexible schedule. This makes it so I can accommodate your needs when your schedule is not quite as flexible as mine, or unexpected changes come up.
