Pet care experience
I'm a very compassionate and understanding person that loves animals. I had animals all throughout my childhood and have decided to do a full career change to the veterinary field. I have watched and cared for family and friends pets since childhood. I have gone to school for vet assistant at Eastern Suffolk Boces for two years and I have gained a vast knowledge of pet emergencies and procedures. I will be going back to school for CPR and other classes in the future as well. Animals make me happy and laugh. I enjoy watching silly videos on the internet of pets and wild animals doing funny things, it keeps my spirits up. I look forward to meeting new animals and new clients in the future.

I have known Jonathan for two years. We both attended 2 years of the Veterinary Assistant program at Eastern Suffolk Boces together. Jonathan is a very compassionate, hardworking and happy individual that gets along great with all types of animals. I highly recommend Jonathan for anything from dog walking to checking up on your pets.

A typical day
For many years, I have volunteered at the Bideawee Animal Shelter. I worked with dogs and cats at their Westhampton facility. At the Quogue Wildlife Center, I worked with the endangered animals, to include feeding them. I also built a stone island for the turtles. It is still can be seen in the middle of the lake.
