I’m Jonathan and I love dogs! They are so playful, friendly, and loyal and they’re always protective, yet nurturing, and they express their emotion so openly and sweetly. One of the best parts of being a pet sitter is that I get to spend time with dogs of all size, shape, breed, and personality! I am an international medical graduate, and I just completed my basic dog handling at Front Street Animal Shelter, where I volunteer at regularly. I use nonaggressive positive reinforcement. I have a very flexible and open calendar. With my current schedule, I have a lot of free time, which is perfect for furry friends. I can dedicate my entire day to the care of your canine counterpart, giving them the love and exercise they need. Growing up, there were always pups around and currently, I have two of my own. They don’t live with me in Sacramento and I miss them so much, which means I have lots of love to give. I also grew up caring for rabbits, parakeets, cats, snakes, and turtles and would be happy to care for these pets on Rover too. I know how difficult it is to be away from our canine counterparts so I will maintain open communication with clients, keeping them up to date with photos and any news I have of their pups care. For our furry friends, I will always be up for play time, exercise, and cuddles. I will make sure that they have enough attention and exercise, while providing bathroom breaks as needed. I will be open to an suggestions to make sure both client and pet are happy. When I’m not pet sitting, I fill my time with working out, watching movies, fishing, and reading manga and memes. When I stay at the client’s home, I can watch movies, study, and even read to the pets.
