I am currently working at a Dog Works Ranch. What I do there is run a group of 15+ dogs at a time off leash in the fields that we have. So I play with the dogs, engage them to play with one another and have a really enjoyable experience with group play. It can get pretty crazy sometimes but I really do enjoy being around the dogs. I love having a group that I get familiar with and create individual bonds with each dog. Prior to working at Dog works ranch. I worked at a boarding facility for multiple years, where I cleaned dog runs, let dogs out to play, fed them at designated times, and provided medicine to dogs that needed it. If clients requested it I would bathe their dogs and clip their nails. I learned from the trainer at the boarding facility the proper techniques for handling dogs effectively and humanely. I also look after friends' pets, and have had a lot of experience house sitting due to people recommending me to their friends. I have a lot of experience working with dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, and personality types. I am a natural dog person, and have always been very comfortable around them and enjoyed spending time with them and vice versa. However, in the case that there is a conflict with a dog I would immediately let their owner know and try to work together to find a solution on getting through the obstacle. I love dogs, and my passion shines through in my work and in the way that I care for the animals that I am lucky enough to have a chance to work with.
