All my life, I’ve been surrounded by dogs. Big dogs, little dogs, anxious dogs, calming dogs. Bleu, my English Cocker Spaniel, has taught me what it truly means to be a dog owner. He’s inspired me not only to become the best caregiver I can be for his sake, but also to open my heart and home to other dogs! Dogs are like a safety blanket for me. They enrich my life immensely, and caring for them is the least I can do in return for their affection. I love that they can read my mood and always know how to make me feel better! As soon as I meet your pup, you’ll see how devoted and attentive I’ll be throughout your dog’s stay. I won’t rest easy unless your dog is having a great time and all of her needs are met--even the ones she might not be aware of yet. It’s my job to anticipate what will make our day successful, and create an environment where she’ll thrive. I’m a photographer, and I love posting pictures of my dogs and hamsters on social media. They’re pretty popular, but they don’t let it go to their heads! I’ve also gotten into painting lately. Beyond that, I love to get outside, run and play with dogs, and enjoy the sunshine. I live in Cobblestone, a gated community. We have a huge, grassy park to explore, and I also have a backyard with lots of space for pups to expend energy. The house has plenty of room for getting cozy, snuggling, and playing indoors on rainy days. Having had a Doberman, a Weimaraner, and now Bleu, I’ve got lots of experience with dogs--my own pups, their friends, and my neighbors’ foster dogs who I frequently look after. I feel beyond lucky to have the opportunity to meet more dogs and invite them over to play! This job fits my personality and talents so well that it’s almost absurd that it even exists.
