Pet care experience
Hello, I'm Jonathan, a seasoned dog enthusiast with over a decade of experience. My journey into canine care began 15 years ago with my first rescue pup, who taught me the intricacies of understanding a dog's needs and communication through body language. Today, I share my home with Ivy, my 8-year-old dog, whom I've personally trained to be sociable with animals and humans of all sizes. As a dedicated strategic operations manager who works from home, I have the freedom to cater to your pet's unique care plans. I'm committed to providing exceptional care and flexible scheduling, tailored to accommodate various age and breed-specific exercise requirements. Thank you for considering me to care for your beloved furry companion(s)!

Jonathan was amazing!! He was so nice and understanding and answered all of my questions. He treated my dog like his own and made sure my dog was comfortable and took great care of him. He sent pictures every day and was very responsive. Will book again in the future for sure!!!
Totally satisfied with the care to my dog
Jonathan is our go-to dog sitter! He is super friendly, flexible, attentive, and communicative. He has expressed how much my fur babies have warmed up to him throughout his visits and my girls enjoy spending time with him. Thank you, Jonathan for all your help throughout the busy holidays! - Neyda, Henny, & Cookie

Information Jonathan B. would like to know about your pet
A year ago, Ivy and I relocated from the DMV area to Austin. Some assume Ivy poses a threat to their dog's safety due to her being a pit bull. However, this couldn't be further from the truth. Ivy, a sweetheart, was acquired from a reputable breeder focusing on temperament. She can gauge the atmosphere, offering space if needed, yet happily engaging in play with willing dogs. Ivy is excellent with dogs of all sizes, and she's particularly gentle with smaller pups. While uncomfortable with being mounted, she's mastered prevention maneuvers over the years. Ideally, I'd prefer a pup responsive to commands to ensure a comfortable stay for Ivy. Thank you!
A typical day
My typical day starts at 6:30AM for a 10-15 walk with ivy depending on the weather. I feed her breakfast once we’ve returned from the walk. I work from home so I take Ivy for a midday walk to use the bathroom. A few days a week I bring her to the dog park after my work day ends at 5PM. Then lastly I feed around 7 and take her for a brisk walk before bed, around 10PM
