Pet care experience
Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a Newfoundland house, so I got accustomed to dogs of any size at a young age. As I’ve moved throughout life, I’ve had two dogs of my own. One sadly left us far too soon, but my newest, Millie, a 1-year old heeler mix, has been a genuine joy. I’d love to help make your four-legged (or three, shout-out to the tripods!) feel loved when you can’t be with them.

Laney had a blast w/ Millie, and Jonah was a wonderful puppy-dog caretaker & companion. He reffed wrestling matches, led multiple daily walks & was good company. He also sent regular updates & photos of their daily routines. Laney returned home a happy, tired puppy. We will happily call on Jonah again to take care of Laney. 😊 Thank you!
Jonah V. cancelled a booking 2 days before it was scheduled to begin.
This was our first Rover booking for our high energy, five year old Aussie-doodle, Prince, and we won't have to look any further for our next booking. Jonah was excellent to work with, very professional, very accommodating. He had no problem with meeting a second time prior to our trip to be sure Prince and his dog, Millie, got familiar and had no issues. We have two young children who were very concerned about Prince being well taken care of and Jonah's communication with pics and videos made them super happy. All things considered, it could not have been a better experience. Thank you, Jonah!
Jonah has watched my dog, both as a puppy and as an adult dog for many years now. He has also taken care of other dogs in our inner circle. Dogs love him and he loves dogs. Great carer, Jonah loves to go on walks with the pups.

A typical day
I love being outside, especially with dogs. Between my own fenced in backyard, Bryn Mawr meadows, and Theodore Wirth Park, there are endless paths to explore.

Availability
My schedule is fairly flexible. I work at the Animal Humane Society, and unless I’m out meeting with folks for work, which never takes more than two hours at a time, I’m at home, hanging with Millie, and working.
