Pet care experience
My dog is my child, so I try to go the extra mile to treat any visiting dog the same way I treat my own! I work a hybrid 3rd/1st shift and my girlfriend works 1st/2nd shift, so dogs do not spend much time alone in our house. Our dog, Brewer, works tirelessly to be a good host during those times as well. We work hard to try an maintain as close to a visiting dog's routine as possible to help them feel more comfortable as well. I love to take dogs out for walks and runs. We are able to spend time in our fenced in yard to help with daily exercise as well as inside our fairly large house where we can play. I can update you with photos/videos as often as needed, to let you know all is well. I hope to help provide visiting dog parents with the peace-of-mind that while they are out-of-town their dog is getting the most loving care possible.

Jon provided the perfect environment for Gracie and attended to all of her needs. We were able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing that she was being so well cared for. Jon and Lindsey were great. Had our pup for 11 days. Sent us pics throughout our vacation which was great to see since this was our first time leaving the dog with someone we didn’t really know. We do not have a crate here, so that would need to be provided if your dog prefers one. Otherwise the dogs will have the run of the house while we are gone. We do have the ability to close off in rooms if needed. Our dog, Brewer, is very laid-back and tolerant of all dogs we host. He will play with those who are interested and will leave alone those who are not. We are happy to set up a meeting prior to your stay to put you at ease.
A typical day
We typically go for 2 walks each day around our neighborhood and area parks. There are sidewalks or paved paths throughout. On nice days, we'll also play outside in our fenced-in backyard. Brewer loves to play ball, so we typically spend a lot of time doing that. He is also nice enough to share his toys to play with for "indoor recess".
