My dog is my life!
Pet care experience
I adopted my dog 8 years ago from the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City. He was my #1 priority since then. Francis passed away last year and my wife and I are currently looking to adopt another dog. My sister and her husband live in Kansas City as well and they have 4 dogs, all of which I dog sit for on a regular basis. I also have been volunteering with the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City for 7 years, so I have a ton of experience taking care of dogs. My sister also works for the Humane Society so in the event of an emergency with my dog I have an expert to call 24/7. I know how to handle all types/sizes of dogs. I love to let the dogs have fun! As long as you show them you are the pack leader the rest is fun.

Jon was great and easy to work with. Lots of happy puppy picture updates! :) . Looked like they just settled right in, made me feel a lot better about leaving them. Will definitely use them for future pup sitting.

No breed preferences. I would like to know if they do/do not get along with other dogs, if they have been fixed, if they have been microchipped, and any other pertinent info that would go towards making their stay a great one!
A typical day
We will go on walks through the neighborhood. There is a park just a couple blocks away where we can go. Additionally, if the owner is ok with their dog going to an off-leash dog park, I would be happy to take the dog there as well.
