Hi, I’m Jon! I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was barely old enough to take care of myself. My first dogs were a big golden doodle named Tess and a rescue Doberman/chow named Simba. I started dog walking for friends when I was around 10 years old and continued as walker for Licks and Leashes, wag and rover. I'm very comfortable taking care of dogs of all different breeds, ages, sizes and temperaments. I’ve always loved being out nature and some of my best memories from growing up are of family hikes through Rock Creek Park with our two dogs. These days I’m spending lockdown with the newest member of our family, a mini Aussie named Charlie. He’s a sweetheart and is always up for a play date.
