I grew up with pets, sit for friends & fam, and volunteered & fostered at a rescue shelter in Chicago. Love to love on friends and family pets; I'm recently married and flexible and kind. I adopted a rescue 9 months ago and she's our sweet little baby and only baby as we have no kids. Allabamma is a catahoula mix and about 3 years old. She really loves dogs and hasn't been around many cats, but I feel sure she will love them too (if you're bringing to my house.) My rate for house-sitting is a big higher than most. The reason is, I can't stay in the home through the day due to my M-F 9-5 job; however I am able to leave for lunch for potty breaks, and come over right after work for potty breaks in addition to staying overnight. This is to cover gas costs; and it is a better rate compared to adding up drop in visits/walks. I'm happy to chat about this if the sit is for 1-2 nights. I welcome your dog to stay at my place and we should do a meetup first to make sure they get along with mine. I live in an apt. community with restricted breeds, so please let me know the breed of your dog when you request; apologies in advance if I can't (keep them at my house) due to the breed. My husband and I are in a 2 bedroom on the 1st floor; our dog loves it there so I know yours will too!
