Pet care experience
I have extensive experience taking care of dogs and cats in my personal and professional life. I have volunteered at different shelters including Mohawk Humane and took a semester at SUNY Cobleskill studying dog training and management where I worked with and handled many different dogs. I have been dog sitting for 9 months so I have experience being in multiple different homes with multiple different dogs. I am also available for dog walking. I take my job very seriously to make sure your dog is safe, happy, and stress free while you are away.

This was our first time leaving meechy alone and Jolene made it super easy! Meechy was so sad after Jolene left she was looking for her the whole next day! Would definitely have Jolene watch meechy again!

I only sit for dogs in clients homes currently but when watching your dog I will always make sure to keep them in my sight to make sure they don’t get into any trouble, make sure they go out in the yard or on walks for potty breaks, and will make sure to give your dog attention and play with them and make sure they are entertained and content while your away.

It is VERY important that any behavior issues are brought up before I watch your dog. This is for the safety of not only me but your dog as well.
A typical day
During the work week: - during my work week when sitting in your home a typically day will start with me feeding and walking your dog and making sure they use the bathroom before leaving for work. When I return I usually like to take them out again and once more after dinner. In between walks and dinner I also provide cuddles and belly rubs. Days Off: On my days off I like to take your dog on long walks and do activities they enjoy to keep them happy and occupied while your away.

I do currently also work a full time job in caselton-on-Hudson at a hotel with 8 hr shifts. Your dog would have to be okay alone for this amount of time if you are looking for in house pet sitting.
