Our dog was safe, fed and tended to. We also got lots of pictures and videos each day to see how he was doing. However, we were given lots of unsolicited advice and opinions about training and behaviors of our dog that came with incorrect assumptions and without any questions about what was normal or helpful at home. I think it was meant to be well-intended but was tricky to navigate while on a busy family trip. And while well fed, our pup was given food and treats we wouldn’t normally do at home without permission. Again, I think there were good intentions here, but just wasn’t ideal. Overall, our dog was well kept, but seems like this wasn’t a great match for either party.

Jolene and Jeffrey did such an amazing job taking care of my pup. Highly recommend them!
