She was very attentive to my puppy until she wasn’t. The first day she had him was great. I told her when we’re not around my 8m old Bulldogge mix that we kennel him because he will 100% get into things. She kept me updated on his well-being as it was our first time away from each other. Then after the first night we get a message that my puppy chewed holes in her couch because she left him unattended for 45 minutes while cleaning out her closet. I told her before booking that he’s a very hyper, jumpy dog that will get into things but she left him unattended and now wants compensation for a new (2nd hand) couch. I offered to sew/ patch it but she wouldn’t accept that. I showed her screenshots of free couches in Bosque Farms/ Albuquerque and haven’t heard from her since. Only reason it’s a 2 star and not 1 is because she was genuinely worried that the pleather or fluff he ingested would cause him harm (he’s been fine). I feel my puppy wasn’t cared for properly as he was left unattended long enough to chew 2 large holes in her couch.

The dogs had a great time. Jolene did a wonderful job taking care of the fur babies. We had some unexpected flight cancellations, and Jolene was accommodating and understanding in extending the stay last minute. Great peace of mind knowing they were safe and happy.
