I’m Joleena. I grew up with dogs and puppies here in San Diego. I adore canines and all kinds of other animals. Unfortunately, I can’t get one of my own yet, so pet sitting with Rover is a dream come true for me. I had a Boxer / German Shepard mix named Twix who I raised and trained on my own. She was my best friend, running buddy, and sidekick. Twix was so well behaved – everywhere we went, people loved her! My husband lives with me and helps me look after the pups I sit. His parents always had canines, so he’s been around dogs his whole life. We pet sit for our friends all the time and are very welcoming to all animals. We live in East County San Diego in a somewhat spread-out neighborhood. I love the quiet, country feel of our community. We can take fun, adventurous walks and come home to our calm and cozy home. We have a big backyard and live just down the street from Cowles Mountain. I’m a friendly, energetic, and motivated person. In my free time, I enjoy reading, walking, cooking, spending time with friends, motorcycle riding with my husband. I’m very personable, and I really care about both the dogs I look after and their owners. I’m quite good at anticipating the needs of any pet and want to provide the best experience possible for you and your pooch.
