Joiful was great to work with. She kept me updated about my dog and how she was doing during her stay. Unfortunately my dog got a bit sick, but Joiful let us know how she was doing and tried to make sure she was comfortable and well taken care of. Overall it was a good experience and I would consider rebooking with her again in the future if needed.

Unfortunately, we did not have a positive experience and I would not recommend Joy to other dog owners. Updates were provided only when prompted and there was a lack of transparency in critical information that affected the wellbeing of my dog. My dog was noticeably lethargic after pickup but nothing was mentioned other than everything went well. I texted Joy to ask if her if he’d gotten into anything and she said greek yogurt. He later had bloody stool so I asked again if there was anything else he’d gotten into and she said he’d gotten into a bag of greenies. I’m very disappointed this information was not provided upfront and it took two inquires to provide. My dog was/is sick and she didn’t let me know. Additionally, Joy was late to our agreed drop off time. Her profile is marked as “no children present” (something we filter for in our sitter search) but she has a toddler. She also failed to let us know that she could no longer provide sitter drop off to our hotel that we had paid for and confirmed with her. We called her 5 minutes after she was supposed to be there where she informed us she couldn’t do sitter drop off because her car had died that week and we then quickly had to make other transportation arrangements.
