John stayed with Winky with very last-minute notice for a long holiday weekend. John was very responsive with communicating about the stay and meeting up before the stay to become acquainted with my house and with Winky. John was very professional. Winky takes a while to warm up to strangers, but with John, he was very comfortable. Upon meeting John for our pre-stay visit, you could instantly tell he was very comfortable around animals, including those with anxiety, like Winky. John communicated with us during his stay, sent pictures, and I felt extremely relieved knowing Winky was in good hands. Winky seemed to have a great time and the house was well-cared for. I would definitely use John again in the future and would recommend him to others needing a petsitter. Overall, a great experience.
