John was great! We were stressed out when an issue arose with our pup Ollie so we needed coverage right away. Adding to this, Ollie does not get along with anyone and requires a warm introduction first which makes things a little tough. This was our first time using a sitter service so we're not sure of what to expect. Although it took a moment, Ollie eventually warmed up to John and they later got along well. During his visits and communication, John went above expectations to make sure Ollie was well cared for. He was a great communicator throughout the process and very easy to work with. He made us feel good about using rover.com. Will definitely be asking for his help in the future. Thanks John!!

John is a reliable dog walker, who seemed comfortable with my dog, who can be a handful (herding breed, wants to chase stuff). Would definitely recommend.
