***Hello to all my past and new fur baby owners!! - I am so happy to be back in Dunedin/Clearwater!!***. Can’t wait to see you all again soon!!! You will NEVER have to worry how your Dog is while he or she is in my care... Why? I keep you in the loop every step we take via very detailed Rover Report cards! I take a lot of pride in making sure you aware aware of how safe your fur baby or babies are and how much fun we are having and learning about each other!! I have been around dogs my whole life! I have a natural passion for working with them and of course loving them! I take special interest in helping with training and educating owners. I have a 12 year old Dachshund, Penny who is certified by the American Kennel Club as a CGC (Canine Good Citizen) as well as pet therapy certified by Project Pup. I also have a 10 year old Dachshund, Tessa Marie. Both of our dogs were rescues and both have vision and back problems.. This has afforded me the utmost of sensitivity and attention to the small things. I have a lot of patience and love to have fun with all dogs! I enjoy the dog walks or just the drop in's! One thing is for sure, your fur baby will be treated as if they were my own and will get lots of love, attention and fun--they deserve it for all the love and loyalty they give us!! Thank you for considering me for your family fur babies! I have plenty of time to spoil your babies rotten!!! I love being able to spend time with your dog! I love the different personalities, and especially the love they give back to even me! I have a fenced in yard of your dogs will be with me at my home. Additionally we have secure gates all around indoors as well!

John P was amazing with our animals! He exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond the tasks we discussed. John recognized that our animals were being left alone for a lengthy period overnight and suggested another visit, which we obliged, and this proved worthy. His Rover Cards were very detailed, and we were able to get a great sense our animals were thrilled with John. Until John decides to move, we have found our animal sitter. I recommend John P for anyone looking for an animal sitter!
Absolutely amazing experience with John! He kept us informed on Louie and treated him like his own! Louie was so comfortable with John and that made it easy for me to be comfortable too. John was great with Gunner and was very detailed in his review of the walks. We will definitely be using John again!!
John was amazing at Comunication and pictures. We were gone for 2 weeks and not one day did we feel away from our little girl! We would highly recommended him for anyone with a senior bulldog.

First, for new client's, I believe it is the best to be able to schedule a brief Meet and Greet with your Dog(s) and yourself, so that we can get to know each other. I find this is so important for you as an owner, to be able to ask me questions on my experience, see my fun personality, and most importantly to be sure your fur babies think the same! I would like to be sure that your Vet Information/Emergency Contact (after you of course) is listed within the Rover App. Does your dog have any health issues I should be aware of when they are with me? Are their Vaccinations up to date? Are there any "triggers" when they are being walked (i.e. other Dogs, people, cars, etc) that I should be extra careful to watch for? Does your dog(s) have any "quirks" that are normal behavior for them that I should not be alarmed about (i.e. funny noises they make, body language, tendencies)? Does your pet have a Microchip? I LOVE TO SPOIL A little (maybe a lot)... Are you ok with Grain Free, Low Calorie, Lean Treats? :)
A typical day
I love being able to stimulate a Dogs natural instinct to play and excitement. This is where the spoiling rotten comes in!! Running, walking, just checking out all the scents = a fun day!!
