📅Our daily routine🎾 Throughout the day, the dogs can play with lots of toys either in the yard or in our dedicated dog room. They get to socialize, play together, or take naps outside on cozy mats we lay out for them in the sun. In the evening, we wind down with some quiet time — sometimes watching a movie together or just relaxing as a group. Many of our pups enjoy snuggling up with us at bedtime for a cozy night’s sleep.💤

🦺Safety & Environment📷 We understand that some dogs may feel nervous in a new environment, so we take things at each pup’s pace and offer lots of love and patience.💓 Our home is fully fenced, with secure indoor and outdoor areas that dogs can freely enjoy. We have a double-gate system at the entrance, and we’ve installed recording dog cameras in the yard and living room to help us keep an eye on everyone at all times.

Let us know if your pet has special needs. If they need to be fed a special diet, or are taking medications, please let us know! ⚠️ Pickup or drop off outside of these hours will incur a fee. ⚠️ For safety reasons, all meet & greets take place in our yard only. ⚠️ All dogs must be non-aggressive and clean, with no fleas. (If your dog arrives dirty, we will provide a bath and add a cleaning fee to your booking.) ⚠️ Excessive humping or aggressive behavior toward us or other dogs (based on our judgment) or severe separation anxiety will result in an additional fee of $15 per day. Mild separation anxiety is acceptable. Please note: We may not be able to accommodate dogs over 60pounds (approximately 30kg), depending on their breed, temperament, and our current availability.
A typical day
We will go for walks, and I'll throw the toys around, and definitely lots of pets. We will also make sure that your dog is safe throughout all activities, be it on a walk or playtime with toys.

Hello & welcome to Joyabi Your dog's cozy vacation spa with John & Miyabi🐶🌴 Our drop off and pickup hours are ⏰8:00am-10:00pm⏰ 🐶About us🐶 Miyabi grew up with two dogs (Golden Retriever& Labrador) since she was a child, and John has cared for Dolly (our dog), who currently lives with us. Over the years, she has experienced several health issues, so we are very familiar with senior dog care of all sizes (including feeding and monitoring). We speak English, 日本語, and 한국어는 조금 해요.🇺🇸🇯🇵🇰🇷

I’m so pleased with the service John and Milano provided. I received multiple pictures and videos throughout the stay to reassure me Elsa was good and happy. It looks like Elsa loved her stay. I recommend them. They made Elsa feel welcomed from the moment we dropped her off.
John and Miyabi were so sweet with our dog. They sent us several pictures and updates each day. I am so happy to have had a safe place for my dog. This is only the second time I’ve used rover.com so I am very satisfied with the experience.
Thank you for taking such good care of Maya. We really appreciate the pictures & videos you sent us which showed how much Maya was enjoying her stay with you! Also, after we got home we noticed that you were able to get rid of the matted hair behind her ears - what a great surprise! We won’t hesitate to have Maya stay with you again.
