Pet care experience
I have been a professional dog trainer since 2007 specializing in Siberian Huskies, German Shepherds, Labs, Pitbulls, and Goldens Retrievers. I was introduced to the field by a former WWII K-9 trainer as a teenager in Northern Illinois; I own a training business here in Louisville: Derby City Dog Training. With any dog that I take care of I dedicate a large amount of time to walks throughout the neighborhood and play; your dog definitely won't be neglected. I work great with all breeds and your dogs safety and happiness will be my number one priority. Please inform me of health conditions, allergies, behavioral issues, and other pertinent information when scheduling a stay at my home. It's best to know what to watch out for.

John took great care of my dog Patch while I had to go out of town. He gave me constant updates, pictures and videos of how much fun my dog was having. He took care of my dog like it was his own dog. They went on walks, they went to the park and he even treated my dog to a new bone that has became one of my dogs favorite toys. My dog was well taken care of for the week I had to go out of town and I highly recommend him as a dog sitter for anyone that is looking, as I plan to use him anytime that I have to go out of town.

The dog must have the ability to get along with other dogs otherwise I will not board it. I also require that each dog come with a cage being that I have had boards that have destroyed personal property.
A typical day
One of my specializations that I offer is group play with my owns two dogs, and other boards while here. I offer fun structural games, baby pool, and for dogs that are willing big pool swim time. I treat my boards almost like a kids summer camp.
