Hey! My name is John. I live in the Mayville NY / Lakewood NY area and I have 10+ years of experience dog sitting / animal sitting and it's something I absolutely love to do. I have a very calming presence and I am very good at forming connections with animals and listening to their needs. I am also great with cats, any animal really. I am reliable and flexible, and have been nurturing animals for essentially my entire life! I can walk your dog, watch them for the day while you go out of town, and I am also open to overnights. John has watched our dog a dozen times, they get along great. He is attentive and loves to play with her. He also has dogs of his own, which i think helps greatly in caring about our dog.
John is a loving, caring person with a great sense of responsibility. You can count on him. He will not cut corners and he will give your animals undevided attention. He is thoughtful to both animals and people. John has sat with my animals and they absolutely LOVE him. He walks them, is careful to keep them safe and loves taking them for walks. He keeps "in charge" as well. My animals listen to him.
I am so grateful to have found such a reliable and loving dog sitter and walker! From the moment John met my dog, Ruggles, they had a special connection. My dog is often uncomfortable around strangers. John has a genuine loving nature and Ruggles instantly adored him. It warmes my heart to watch them interact. I am so happy to know that my pup is in such good hands when I'm away.
