John is very skilled in his craft, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely has a great love for animals. John was instrumental in successfully training my border collie, Chance and ridding him of his aggressiveness towards people. He was very determined, patient, and compassionate with my dog, while always remaining calm and keeping a positive attitude. He provided me with some very helpful tips and advice that helped me better understand my dog. To this day, each time I repeat my dogs name, I hear a tiny John in my head saying, “don’t repeat yourself”. It’s a terrible feeling knowing people are not safe around your dog that you love very much, it’s also scary to think of what the consequences could be should an accident occur. Because of John, I no longer live that burden or fear, and my dog Chance is a much happier dog. I highly recommend John and never hesitate in referring or recommending him to people because of my personal experience with working with him. When we brought our rescue dog home in 2020, we knew we needed help training her so she could be her very best self. John was able to provide suggestions to help with some of Arrows behavior struggles and he helped Arrow get over her fear of men. He is phenomenal with all dogs and had the patience to spend as much time as necessary to earn Arrows trust. He is always knowledgeable about new ways to help.
