Pet care experience
I am a lover of all dogs! I will care for your dog around the clock while you are away as I work from home and am there over 95% of the time (as well as on weekends) So I am able to take your dog for walks or let them play in our fenced in backyard! We are also members of bark box so there will be plenty of treats and toys for your loved one to play with! We have three small-medium sized dogs, one cairn terrier mix (15 pounds), one whippet mix (30 pounds) and one lab mix (40 pounds). My dogs get along great with other dogs too and love giving new guests a “tour of the house”. Your dog will fall right into the pack and probably won’t want to leave!

John has watched our dogs numerous times and so have nothing but the best to say about him. He is extremely flexible with his schedule and is always willing to help out. Our dogs absolutely love him and we can always count that they are in the best hands!
I travel every other month or so and JP cared for my dog, Marsha, the last time I went out of town. He asked lots of thoughtful questions about Marsha--which toys were her favorite, where she was used to sleeping, what her habits were like around other people and dogs--and sent me pictures while I was away. Marsha looked like she had a blast! I'm so glad I found JP and will definitely ask him to be Marsha's dog sitter in the future.
John has helped to watch our cat, Nova, several times and has always been extremely punctual and reliable. My wife and I were grateful that we found someone that we can trust. While it’s only been weekend trips so far, we would definitely recommend John for any pet sitting!

Because we have three dogs, please let us know if you have a dog with behavioral issues with other dogs. We do not have any breed preferences, and love dogs of all shapes and sizes!
A typical day
We will go on walks in the neighborhood as well as plenty of outside time with the dog toys in our fenced in backyard. We are bark box subscribers so there will be toys and treats aplenty but feel free to bring your dogs favorite toy if you’d like! Due to a back injury i am not able to run your dog if they need extra activity but with your permission I can take them to a dog park nearby and have them chase a ball if necessary.
