When caring for pets in my home, their safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a secure, fully fenced garden that gives them plenty of space to play and explore safely. Inside, the environment is calm, pet-friendly, and free of hazards, with cozy spots for naps and plenty of toys to keep them entertained. I keep a close eye on them at all times and follow their routine as closely as possible to help them feel at home.

A typical day
Your pup can expect a fun-filled day full of love and attention! We'll start with a nice long walk to stretch their legs and explore the neighborhood. Throughout the day, there'll be plenty of cuddle time, belly rubs, and lots of play—whether it's fetch in the garden or tug-of-war with their favourite toy. I’ll make sure they feel happy, relaxed, and cared for, just like they would at home.

Hi there! I'm Jo, a lifelong dog lover with years of experience caring for pups of all sizes, ages, and personalities. Whether your furry friend needs a fun playmate, a some nice walks, or just some cozy company while you're away, I’m here to help! I offer a safe, loving, and playful environment where your dog will be treated like family. Walks, belly rubs, cuddles, and lots of attention are always included! I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pet, and I’m committed to giving them the same care and affection you would. Based in Clayton, my partner Kieron and I have taken care of dogs of our own collectively for over 18 years. Both growing up with animals, we have looked after puppies, dogs and elderly pups for friends. We no longer have any dogs of our own, so we would be able to give your pup all the time, care, and attention they need.

Johannah provided such a warm home for Seren that I’m sure she was fuming at having to come back with us 🤣. It’s so comforting to know we have found someone who is willing to love our dog while we are away. I cannot thank you enough!! Highly highly recommended.
Luna spent the day with Johannah and Kieran and loved her time there once again. Since taking her to stay there last September for the weekend I wanted to keep that relationship going, and I plan on making more bookings in the future
Jo and Kieran looked after my whippet Ralph overnight, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I've even stuck before with needing to have Ralph go to a kennel for a few days or even just over night, and he would always come back like he's returned from a punishment. Downhearted, not wanting to sit with us. He's sit in bed and just glare at us for a day. But returning from Jo, he's come back exactly as he left. Super happy, cuddly and loving family pet. He's been so well looked after, you can really tell they've treated him as if he was their own dog, and with regular updates sent to us through the app we were always kept up to date on what he was up to. Very highly recommended, I will definitely be booking in again.
This was the second booking with Johannah and the main reason we needed help, as it was my wedding weekend and all the other people who would usually look after her were at the Wedding. Luna stayed for 2 nights and had a brilliant time, going out for walks, playing with toys and lots of snuggles. I had plenty of updates over the weekend with photos and videos and could see how much Luna enjoyed it. I will definitely be booking with Johannah again :)
