Hi, I'm Johanna. I'm a full-time online grad student in Richmond, VA (Museum District/Carytown). The online nature of my studies allows me to be home at all hours of the day so I can be as flexible as possible in providing care for your pup! I grew up dogsitting and caring for pups since I was 12 years-old, so I have 10+ years of experience with dogs. From stubborn to obedient, or mature to a puppy (or just pup at heart)-- I have experience with all age and personality types of dogs. Currently, I have my own little pack-mate named Annie. She's almost 2 years-old and playful mini-poodle/white shepherd mix. We'd love to welcome your pup as an extension of our family when you need us!

Johanna is absolutely a wonder with dogs. She is experienced with dogs, attending to all their needs. Additionally, Johanna is quick to respond and provides excellent service, going above and beyond the call of duty. My own dogs love her and prefer her for cuddles!

Additionally, I know how important enforcing rules consistently is for training and obedience--I'd love to understand what your pup's current training is and/or if there is training you are working on and would like me to reinforce.
A typical day
- morning/afternoon buddy walk (depending on drop-off) within the dog-friendly and gated apartment community, as well as the sidewalks just outside the community. - if weather permits, a trip to a local dog park or trail (I am located near Scott's Run, Great Falls, and Vienna Dog Park) - supervised play time with Annie - training with treats (I can provide treats, otherwise you may supply treats if you have a preference) - lots of cuddles and belly rubs
