Pet care experience
I have always lived with animals ever since I was born. I have had several species but I currently have 3 dogs and 2 ferrets. All my animals have been adopted. I currently go to school at night for only two days a week for 3 hours but any other time during my day I spend with my dogs and ferrets playing with them or taking them to different parks. I usually get to know the pet first. I need to know what they are comfortable with and what they dislike in order to make them feel safe since they do not recognize me as their owner.

Johanna was available for a last minute holiday booking, which I was grateful for. She was responsive and sent a couple pics. We had some miscommunication over pickup time but this was my first time using Rover so it was partly on me.
