Hi! As an experienced pet professional new to the area, I have the knowledge, aptitude, character and credentials to maximize fun while ensuring the safety of your dog. Every dog is unique and I like to learn about strengths, weaknesses, motivators and potential triggers for each dog to maximize success. This helps build happy and confident, fulfilled and, maybe most importantly, tired dogs. Walks are a mix of basic obedience upkeep, fun and excitement, ideally in a small group setting. I also take pretty decent photos which is a nice little perk!

I trust Joey with my crazy little guy. he can be quite a spaz at times but Joey always knows how to handle him. Joey has always gone way outta the way to help us even in short notice. He has helped us thru leash training Issues and he’s always gone the extra mile to take care of negroni. I recommend anyone looking for a reliable person to take care of their dog to look no farther then him.
We were thrilled to find Joey, he is a true dog lover and takes amazing care of our girl Lily five days a week. Lily is a high energy, intelligent Duck Toller and Joey provides loads of exercise and stimulation for her. We especially like that Joey takes her hiking at different locations that sometimes includes swimming! Joey's communication is fabulous. We love getting Joey's daily update with details about Lily's outings including photos, other dogs that were on the hike, observations and training activities. Joey is kind and very loving with all the dogs. Lily bolts to the door when she sees Joey pull in the driveway. I wholeheartedly recommend Joey for his high standards in caring for my dog in a professional and affectionate manner.
Joey is fantastic! He’s walked my dogs for over four years, and also has cared for them while I’m away. I love that he treats them like family, and works on their leash skills or social skills as needed. He is dependable and punctual, and keeps me posted with lots of great pictures and comments. He really enjoys working with dogs and they love him.
Joey was organized and great with the communications. Our dog, Jasper, had a great week with walks through the forest and lots of interactions with other dog and Joey’s dog Lucy. Jasper was definitely felt at home during his stay. Joey sent updates each day and pictures from their hour long walks. So much better than a kennel!

I like to do a Meet and Greet before confirming a booking to establish some familiarity with you, the owner, and of course the dog(s) as well. It's nice to have everyone on the same page while also getting a feel for your dog before officially beginning. I like to treat the Meet and Greet as a conversation, but common questions that usually arise: Friendly with people? Friendly with other dogs? Off-leash trained? Any reactivity triggers How does he/she do in the car Any allergies? Veternarian information review Emergency contact review
A typical day
I have a passion for the outdoors and love to take groups of dogs out to local trails for longer periods of time to really burn off some energy! As long as your dog is pleasant with others, they’ll be able to run, play and socialize with like-minded furry friends.
