Joelle took great care of our house and dogs. She has had multiple stays and we have been highly impressed each time.

I’m very confused about this whole experience. Joelle got to my house later than she said she would but seeing as my request was pretty last minute I let that issue slide. Then I had to ask her for confirmation whether she arrived or not. Then I had to ask if she could provide pictures of being at my house/updates. I also had to ask her to accept the rover request. These two things are just status quo of what I expect from a pet sitting without having to ask for it. She said she doesn’t accept jobs until she scopes out the the situation which I found strange...I had to give her my address and access code to my house before she accepted my Rover request? She then asked for an additional $20 since there was an extra dog...which is understandable to an extent even though she arrived late we didn’t want overnight and no walks. We just needed someone to sit with the pups (one has separation anxiety) and let them out to potty...but still, we Venmoed the extra money. We paid $55. Don’t know exactly when Joelle got there, if our dogs were fed, if they pooped, if they ate, when she left...nothing. Maybe she was a great sitter...but do to the lack of communication, we have no idea.
