Pet care experience
I've had pets since I was 9 years old (for about the past 20 years), and am a former Kennel Technician. Needless to say, I've seen it all and have loved and cared for a wide variety of fur babies! Sadly, I recently suffered the terrible loss of my baby boy Chance. I adopted him from the shelter I was working at, and it was the most life - enriching decision I have ever made. It's left a void in my heart that cannot easily be filled... but taking care of your furry kiddos just might! I look forward to meeting you and your companions and showing them all of the love & affection they deserve!

Joel stayed at my house with my dog, Stanley, for 9 days. I appreciated the pictures/videos of them playing and relaxing together. Upon my return, both Stanley and my house looked great.
Joel was super helpful during our short trip away. Very communicative and trustworthy. We will definitely use him in the future. He made our first Rover experience such a positive one!

I will be an exceptional sitter for your pet and am capable of adhering to any special routines / directions for care. I myself had to deal with some special needs for Chance, and know what it's like having a reactive dog (a large one at that). Needless to say, I've also had first hand experience of getting a large, aggressively social dog to coexist with a very timid and easily startled cat. I'll be able to handle anything you need from me!

Availability
For the past 5 years, I've set out pursuing career opportunities in Media & Entertainment. Although I've had some amazing opportunities, I am not yet in a position where my career as a media & entertainment talent has "taken off." Most Saturdays during the GVSU Football season, you can hear me announce for the Laker Marching Band, and can also catch me as a stage host & panel moderator for Grand Rapids Comic Con! That being said, there's still a lot of space in my schedule that I would love to fill with my other passion.... taking care of & showing love to ALL of your precious furry children!
