I paid to have Joel housesit, which under my impression of using several other Rover employees, is overnight sitting. I have a Ring camera on my front door that showed Joel leaving my house at around 10pm and not arriving back til 6-7am the next morning and my dogs were kept kenneled. This not what I paid for and when I asked how the pups were and stated they could sleep on the couch, I was lied to and he said they snuggled great. I confirmed with my neighbor and she stated he definitely did not stay overnight. Trusting my pets to someone is a huge deal and having someone lie and also take the money for services they didn’t perform is inconsiderate and disrespectful

Joel was sweet and caring with my doggies. I was running late getting home due to a car issue and he was very accepting and waited for me. I will definitely use Joel again!
