This is a very dog friendly home! We have a nice sized, fenced in yard here. Our dog, Sadie, is a great host dog. She is sweet and gentle, but also loves to play. My daughters are here half of the time. The all love dogs and get excited to meet new dogs. Your dog will get a lot of attention and love!

This was my second time boarding my dog with Joe, and I’m so happy to have a sitter I can count on! Poppy gets along great with Joe’s dog, Sadie, and I could tell when I picked her up both times that she was happy, comfortable, and relaxed in the home. Joe is also very flexible with drop off and pickup hours, which is super helpful for travel. I will continue to book Joe any time I need overnight help!
Joe and his dog Sadie were wonderful hosts for my dog!! Joe was very quick to respond to my messages and sent pictures of Poppy throughout the week. He also handled her anxiety issues really well and I could tell that she felt comfortable in his home. Sadie and Poppy seemed to be a great match in terms of size and energy, and I loved getting to meet Sadie too because she’s so sweet! I will definitely book with Joe again!

We have a fenced in yard and wonderful playmate and snuggle buddy, our dog Sadie, here. Crate trained dogs are preferred (unless it's a weekend where I'll be around all the time), but if you know your dog is well-behaved out of a crate I'm comfortable with that. I do a have a medium sized crate with a nice soft bed here. I also have a gated room that a dog can stay in. Our dog, Sadie, can stay with your dog if we're both comfortable. She can also stay in a bedroom if I need to be gone. We have a cat here as well. He'll almost certainly stay in one of his favorite hiding placing if we have a visitor. He's declawed and is strictly an indoor cat.

Please let me know if you dog has any unique needs. It's important I know your comfort level of your dog being left here alone (preferably in a crate), so I can make sure that I'll be watching your dog on day where I can give the appropriate amount of attention. Also, let me know if your dog interacts well with kids and other dogs.
A typical day
We have a fenced in yard, which Sadie loves and I'm sure your dog would too. It's not huge, but there is plenty of space to run and have fun! I love to take walks and the whole family loves visits to the dog park! Hopefully, your dog loves to snuggle, especially if the girls are around.

We're able to host dogs here most weekends. I teach during week days in McFarland where we live, but am able to come home briefly mid-day if your dog needs a mid-day break.
