My partner and I are very active, walk pretty much everywhere we go and we both love animals. We joined Rover simply because we want to spend time with your dog and help families provide their pets with all the attention and affection they need. We both grew up with dogs our whole lives and simply miss having one around. The opportunity to help someone in our community care while simultaneously getting to spend time with dogs seems like a win win for us. I have a very flexible work schedule which makes caring for your dog even easier! Please feel free to reach out! We live in Ballard and are hoping to build a network of consistent relationships in and around our neighborhood.

Once again, Joe and Coleen didn’t disappoint! We were out of town over Easter weekend and they took amazing care of both our pups and our place. These guys are the best!!
We almost didn’t want to spill the beans on this one b/c I know my pups want them all to themselves, but I have to. We found Joe and Colleen through a friend of a friend who booked them on Rover recently and came highly recommended! Joe came to meet Charlie and they hit it off right away, then we all met up to exchange keys before the stay and Andrea and I left town. It was comfortable, and a match all the way around. We’re excited to have the pups stay with Joe and Colleen again in the future and hopefully be repeat customers!
Joe and Colleen house sat and watched our dogs, Mac and Baloo, for two weeks and were amazing. Our dogs got so many park visits and outings under their care! They took Mac, our more energetic dog, on hikes and runs, and made frequent trips to the park with both Baloo and Mac . We had left a list of activities the dogs enjoyed, and they went out of their way to make sure the dogs got to do them all. Baloo even got to enjoy his favorite past time, digging in the sand! ? Joe and Colleen were also extremely thoughtful, making sure that the dogs were fed in separate areas of the house (since Mac and Baloo had a tiny squabble over breakfast right before we left), and pulling in a mountain of packages that had a arrived for us off the front porch, without us even asking. We came home to a well cared for house and two very very happy dogs. We cannot recommend Joe and Colleen enough!
I cannot recommend Joe and Colleen highly enough! I have a young dog that has never stayed away from home before, and he stayed at Joe and Colleen's place for 12 days! They took such good care of my little guy, sending me pictures and updates regularly. He had some anxiety the first night and they handled it perfectly. It was great to know that he was in good hands while I was away; it made it possible for me to relax and enjoy my vacation with no worries, which was very much appreciated! When I came to pick him up he was so happy and it was clear he had been having a great time with Joe and Colleen. I'm sure he would be thrilled to go back, and I will definitely use them again! Communication before and during the stay was prompt and courteous. I give them all the stars! :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
