Please let me spoil your doggie!!
Pet care experience
Hi I am an animal lover! Currently I have 2 cats but we love dogs as well. We have thought about getting a dog but can't decide.... So I signed up for Rover so I can get my dog fix. I also need the dog walking exercise. I have watched a few dogs so far, each one at separate times. When your pup is with me I will take them out for frequent walks, stops at Starbucks for pupaccinos and dog parks and trails. I don't consider it just a walk or a board but I am a babysitter that wants to bond and play and create a relationship. In my home any dog would get free reign and access to our fenced in yard. One of my cats is a bit aloof with our doggie visitors the other cat loves having a new playmate, which is so fun to watch. I have a basket full of dog toys and cat toys, doggie and cat beds and water and food bowls. I consider it a favor if you'd let me borrow your pup and spoil him/her a little 😍

Jody and Steve could not have been better with our pup. Always communicative and excellent at keeping us up to date, it really did seem like Lucy was on vacation more than just being watched. Would 100% recommend and will keep 1st in mind when a our dog needs a break from us again!
I had just moved to Seattle and was so nervous to leave Posty with someone new for the first time. Jody took the time to meet us in her home before we booked with her, which made me feel so much better. On my trip, I got so many updates and cute photos of all of the adventures that her and Steve took Posty on. I truly couldn’t have asked for anyone to love him more while he stayed with them for the weekend. He was absolutely living his best life, being cared for so well, and getting all the attention he could ever ask for. I can’t rave about Jody and Steve enough and am so thankful to have found them!
Jody (and Steve) did a wonderful job watching Angel! Lots of updates and pictures, she had a great time and came home tired.

Are they ok with cats? I have a cat that is very friendly and interactive with dogs that come in home. And stairs? Our living space is on the second story accessible by stairs.
A typical day
Walks, lots of walks. Our walks may included stopping and getting a pupaccino at Starbucks or getting a new chewtoy at petco. Car rides!! Lots of car rides and exploring new places. Trails, parks new neighborhood, cafes that are dog friendly. If your pup likes being out and about and has energy to burn they would love to spend time with me. We also have a fenced yard and a basket full out tennis balls, so playing it always on the table. After all the activity a snuggle and belly rub on the couch is usually the way to end the day. I also take videos and lots and lots of photos!!!

Availability
Pet care is my prime focus, aside from an online program to get a Veterinary Technician degree and license. My husband works at home and helps with the dogs as well.
