Pet care experience
I am 65 years old and retired. I have done pet-sitting in the past - I love animals. I owned dogs my whole life until the past decade. Now that I am retired from Dillard's I would like to pet-sit on the side to make money to buy things for my greats! I have owned and care for my own pets for 40 years, and have done pet-sitting for 5+ years. I would like to pet sit for people who live in Denton, TX and need someone to come over 1-2 times per day to play with their animals, feed them, etc.

Many years ago, we had an animal companion whose circle of human friends was very small by his choice. Jodie was one of his favorite people, so it was a given that she would take care of him when my husband and I would go out of town. I can still see his excitement and wagging tail when she came to the house to visit him. I recommend Jodie without reservation to everyone who may need a petsitter. Her love for animals and animals' love for her are a joy to watch.
Jodie loves dogs and has helped our family on numerous occasions to watch and feed our dogs and cats when we have been unavailable to do so. She is reliable, trustworthy, and loves helping both people and animals. She enjoys playing with the dogs, too, and will keep them happy and entertained.
Jodie has come over and stayed with my dogs a few times. She is very outgoing and enthusiastic about watching and playing with each and every animal. She does great at following any set times and plans as far as letting the dogs out and feeding them. She is trustworthy which gives us an ease of mind when having her at our home while we are gone. I will definitely have her watch them again!

I love to come play with the animals and spend time with them. I will put them in their kennels or leave them out; whatever is desired. I enjoy getting down on the floor and playing with the animals to make sure they feel loved while you are out of town! I would love to stay 24x7 at your home with your animal, or come by for 2+ visits/day, or as needed. I am an older lady, but I am great with animals and will play with them and tire them out! I will come over as often as necessary to let the animals have potty breaks, depending on their age! If the puppy is 0-3 months I would expect to come over every 2-3 hours; a puppy 3-6 months I would expect to come over every 3-4 hours, and a puppy 6+ months I would expect to come over at least twice per day.
