Pet care experience
I've had dogs and a few cats throughout my life. I've always taken wonderful care of my dogs and cats, including feeding them, bathing them, and giving them all the love and care they need to flourish. I have also taken care of my friend's hedgehog, Wolfie, which was a fun and exciting experience. My friends and family are always asking me questions about animals because of my love for them.

Jocelyn is great! Both my puppies love her and they are very well taken care of when we are out of town. She keeps all so clean and sends lots of photos so we know they are happy. She is our to go caretaker!

I would make sure that your furry friend is comfortable in their own home (i.e. your home) by giving them the same love and care that they need while you're away. I would ensure that they are fed at the times that you have scheduled to feed your pet, and I would walk them and play with them during my stay with your pet. I would treat them as I treat my own dogs, with love, patience, and affection.

Some important information I would like to know about a dog ahead of time is their level of friendliness with both humans and dogs, any health issues, their feeding and potty schedule, and different toys they like to play with. If I am caring for a puppy, I would love to know what cables and shoes to keep away from them!
A typical day
I would love to take the dogs that I watch to the nearest dog park so they can get exercise and socialize with other dogs. I would also love to socialize my pets with the dogs I watch on Rover so that we can help establish doggy friendships. Since I recently moved to the area I live in now, I don't have any special places I would take the dogs I watch on a walk, but I'd love to explore!

Availability
I am a full-time teacher, which means I am available during the summer. I would prefer to work weekdays and I am available at any time during the week so long as I have notice of any requests or cancellations.
