Pet care experience
Time to Raise the Ruff! I currently offer drop-in visits and walks. I currently work full-time at a local veterinary hospital during the week. However, I receive my schedule once a month and can let you know quickly if I am, or am not available during the day. Nearly 10 years of experience in the veterinary field including hospitals, kennels, and groomers. Due to my veterinary background any medical needs are easily accomplished including special diets, medicating, geriatric, breeding, multiple species, etc... I have cared for cats, dogs, horses, rabbits, chickens, birds, chameleons, geckos, and other 'exotic' species. As well as larger or pack groups, like breeder kennels and litters (of puppies/kittens). Jocelyn was fantastic! She house sat for us, while also caring for our 3 dogs. We got pictures of our pups throughout the weekend, which was huge for putting us at ease while we were away. This is the 3rd time we have had Jocelyn stay with our 4 fur babies while we were gone. From the get go, Jocelyn asked us what we wanted and has gone above and beyond for us. We always come home to a clean home, happy dogs and peace of mind knowing everything was taken care of with love. She is amazing and I was surprised to come home to a flower bouquet this time which made my day! She is always my first pick since we love her and our dogs do too!

I would absolutely recommend Jocelyn and will be requesting her services if needed again! She took on our last minute request to watch not 1, not 2, but our 3 dogs for 4 days and I couldn't be happier with her work. She sent picture updates of our boys each day and let us know immediately that our big 100 pound goofball had run into the glass coffee table. He's ok :) And when we returned home...oh my gosh! She had tidied our house for us!! She was so nice, the boys loved her, and how wonderful it was knowing she's an experienced veterinary assistant. Being a veterinary technician myself, it was very important that our boys had proper care. Jocelyn is definitely our new pet care professional of choice!!

A typical day
I enjoy stimulating (fur) kiddos both mentally and physically, backed by positive reinforcement! If the sun is out (sometimes lucky for us here in WA) then getting outside is a must!

I am available for drop in visits in the afternoon and evening. This could be just coming by to make sure all is well or top off food, to hanging out for a bit and playing in the yard.
