My heart is attached to dogs and they've always loved me back. I grew up with Labradors, but have many experiences with many breeds of dogs! Most people I've met on the street (with dogs) have said things like "he's never liked strangers before!" or, "usually she's really shy with new people". Your dog has a keen sense on the 'goodness' in others and I can assure you your dog will see me as a best friend :) I would love to schedule a meet & greet with your pup before I confirm the booking request, just so you can feel good about booking with me. I’d love to meet you on one of your dogs regular walks, so you can show me their regular routine and commands you use. I truly believe that having a genuine, loving caretaker, as well as keeping your pets familiar routine the same will help them feel more at ease (and feel loved with lots of lovey snuggles!) while you are gone. I was a volunteer at the pet shelter and have adopted a dog from there in the past. I've taken great care of every dog I’ve ever been with. When I visit my parents, the dog comes with me everywhere :) We go running together, hiking, swimming, and even work together! I'm a calm, fun-loving, patient and protective person with my dogs. Most importantly, I am reliable. You can count on me to 1) never cancel last minute, 2) be on time, 3) follow daily schedules/directions, and 4) always love your dog like (s)he's my own! You can be confident in knowing your puppy-dog is getting the lovable attention you'd give him/her yourself! ❤️COVID PRECAUTIONS: I am taking all the necessary covid precautions during my walks. I will bring hand sanitizer with me and sanitize my hands before opening your front door. I also carry antibacterial hand wipes in my pocket for anything I touch in your house, such as cabinet door knobs and the dog leash. If I touch it, I will wipe it for you. I will also be wearing a mask the whole time. Yours and your pets safety is my top priority.
