Jocelyn G. cancelled a booking 2 days before it was scheduled to begin.

When I spoke with Jocelyn, I repeatedly mentioned that my dog gets separation anxiety. I repeatedly asked her if she had questions about it, and she said no and that everything would be fine. I left for vacation that day which she knew. She proceeded to call me throughout the evening and late into the night because my dog would not stop barking. I let her know that this was due to the anxiety and gave her options to help calm him. Nothing helped and she told me she can't have a barking dog. She asked me to cancel and find another sitter (while I'm already on vacation) all because she can't have a barking dog. I had to scramble to figure out care for my dog 500 miles away and got charged a cancellation fee. This was the first night of a six night stay.
