Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of all of my animals my entire life. I’m great with dogs of any size, same with cats. I have been a dog sitter for family friends and have never once gotten a complaint. I treat them like their my own, they’re in safe hands :) I am currently working part time at a coffee stand, but as soon as I go home I make sure and play with my cats that I have at home. I also take care of my dads dogs when he’s at work so I’m around animals constantly. I live in an apartment, so I take my cats on a walk twice a day because they’re so curious about the outdoors. At my dads house, he has a fenced off acre for his dogs so I take them out, make sure they go to the bathroom, and make sure they have enough play time before I bring them back inside.

Jocelyn is extremely kind and caring. She is attentive and responsible. Clean and reliable. She texts and send pictures to help ease the missing of our beloved pets. I highly recommend Jocelyn and am extremely lucky to have her as a part of our pets lives when we can not be there. Amazing!
Jocelyn was awesome with our three little weirdos. She was great about giving us a daily update and left things tidy. Most importantly our two rescues had a great time with her. Everyone seemed very happy when we got home from our trip. Will definitely be booking her again.
Our meet and greet went well and all the dogs seemed to like her. There was good communication up to the actual house sitting but that’s where it kinda went off the rails. We booked Housesitter for our dogs for 4 days while we traveled over halfway across the country. She had some personal issues that came up but the communication was awful. She did not spend the night the first two nights. I eventually sent other people to take care of the dogs because I was unsure of where she was and when she was coming back. This was not what we discussed and caused a lot of stress and anxiety on our trip. Day 3 the communication improved and she did stay the night the last two days. I would say when she was there she was ok but the lack of good communication will keep me from rebooking. I have been very pleased with all the Rover sitters we have used, this was disappointing.
If I could give her 10 stars I would. Jocelyn was amazing she took care of all our animals like they were her owe going above and beyond. Will book again!

A typical day
When I typically watch a dog, I make sure they get as much play time as they want/need. During our walks, I let them take the lead as to where they want to go. I have a few places that I like to take dogs depending on their personality. If they enjoy being around other dogs, I’ll take them to a dog park. If they don’t like other dogs, that’s ok! I can take them on a secluded walk.
