Pet care experience
I have owned dogs and horses for as long as I can remember. I am available Friday to Monday Morning and have my own acre field to exercise dogs in, as well as miles of country trails. I have my own friendly 13 year old min pin who has never found a dog he dislikes or dislikes him yet. I also have 2 very friendly well trained bantam chickens that live in my garden. In my house dogs are more welcome than children!

Ginny and Ted had a great time with Joanne who was very accommodating. Ginny is a rescue who can be nervous but Joanne was really good with her. Likewise Ted has some medical issues and is a bit older. Both had a great time at Joanne’s who adapted her schedule to suit both dog’s needs.
Inca has just come home from the most amazing day with Joanne . She's been able to hang out and play with other dogs, go hacking with Joanne and her horse. Joanne responded within the hour and was able to help me out with a days notice. I would highly recommend Joanne, she knows what's she is doing and is very animal oriented. Thank you so much for caring for Inca. She looks forward to the next time ❤
My two always come back happy and tired after a visit to Joanne's. Joanne leads a really active life and mine love visiting her horses with her morning & night, along side the other walks she fits in. Joanne makes me feel that her home is a home-away-from-home for my two and this is something I really appreciate; I would highly recommend Joanne as a sitter.
I’ve used Jo a few times now to look after my dog Arthur whilst I’m on holiday. She is trustworthy and reliable and Arthur absolutely loves her. She is a natural with animals and Arthur is always so pleased to see her when she arrives and is totally at ease with her. I would highly recommend Jo if you’re looking for someone you can trust and to care for your dog(s) whilst you’re away.

I have a fenced garden and 1 overly friendly hyper dog that never tires of walks. I always keep dogs I walk on the lead, however I do have an acre field that has deer fencing around it that I am able to exercise your dog in.

A typical day
We are lucky to live in an area with miles of byways. So walks can be endless. Or if your dog just prefers hours of belly rubs, then that is not a problem.

I currently work as a Dental Nurse Monday to Thursdays, so at present I am only available Friday to Monday morning. I can sit at yours or have them at mine.
