Joanne is AWESOME! We just got back from a week-long trip and our ACD/Blue Heeler mix, Scout, was SO happy and content when we returned. Joanne was enthusiastic and excited to have such an energetic dog, which was a relief for us! She was incredibly accommodating with our anxiety of leaving him with a dog-sitter for the first time ever (for us), allowing us to bring him over prior to his official stay for a few "meet and greet" sessions. In every moment, she was so gracious and focused entirely on making sure Scout and we were comfortable. During the stay, Joanne sent pictures of him daily, which was so nice :) Our dog is INCREDIBLY high energy and Joanne was fantastic with him...playing with him all day long inside when the temperatures outside dipped below zero and carefully deciding when he could play outside when the temps were okay. She is incredibly committed and caring, expertly administered medicines, and kept him happy. I HIGHLY recommend Joanne for anyone interested...especially those looking for an expert on keeping these busy breeds happy!

Joanne was absolutely amazing. I have an anxious dog who can get separation anxiety but my dog was not just calm but enjoying herself in every picture sent and when I came to pick her up. Joanne will absolutely be the first person I turn to if I need someone to watch Loki again.
