I will try not to write a book but Joanna really went above and beyond my expectations. We didn’t have a great experience when first booking with someone else so I was really worried about my pets as we were on the road traveling when issues arose with the first sitter. Joanna was ready to go when I contacted her about my situation. Her communication with us was impeccable and I never had one question about how my babies were doing. She sent several pictures to us at every visit and this made my heart so happy since my animals are as important to me as my kids. We have a 135 lb bulldog and she was smiling in every picture. Then, my cat, who doesn’t like anyone but me, came out and was interacting with Joanna at every visit. This says soooo much about Joanna. Animals know who are good or bad. Joanna is amazing and I really could go on but I will end with this….if you need someone to love on your animals like they are her own…let Joanna take care of them. You will not be disappointed. Joanna, we were literally 1000 miles away for the whole week and I never worried about my home or my babies. That made our trip even better knowing my babies were in good hands. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

I have one word and that is AWESOME! If I could give a higher star review I would. I forgot about a trip I planned over the Memorial Day holiday weekend. I reached out to my regular sitter and she was not available. Since I’m leery about who watches my dogs, I put out a search with friends to see who might be available. No one was so I decided to look on Rover. Nervous and all. When I saw Joanna‘s profile I was like “Please God let her be available.” She was the only one I reached out to. She accepted the reservation request and my next request to God was that my dogs liked her. One I’m not too worried about but the other is so reserved. Joanna came to the house and the dogs were ALL OVER HER. LOL! That gave me a sense of peace. Joanna has a genuine spirit about her and that gave me even more comfort. And she seems very grounded. She took great care of the dogs AND my home while I was away. I will absolutely be use her services again. I’ll repeat if I could give more stars I would. Everything was phenomenal!
