My name is Joanna and I'm an experienced dogsitter and equestrian available for 24 hour care of your animals in your home, and doggy day care in my home on a case-by-case basis. I live in the Vista / Bonsall area on a horse property. We have a secure fenced property and I am home full time to monitor my guests. I specialize in dog-friendly adventures, including beach trips, runs or hiking, and focus on positive-reinforcement training and puppies. I’m also a certified group fitness instructor, so large, high-energy pups are no problem. I am confident, strong, and able to handle unruly leash-pullers! For housesitting - I am quiet, trustworthy and responsible, and happy to take care of household errands while you are away. I do not bring guests into your home and I respect your privacy and property. Please ask for my references. I understand how hard it is to leave your dog when traveling - as someone who worked in the corporate world and traveled almost every other week, it was extremely important for me to find someone I could trust and who my dog would be happy with. You'll get photos and video sent to you daily of your pup's play-cation, and plenty of text updates. I've volunteered for Shelters and Golden Gate Labrador Retriever Rescue, have fostered many different types of dogs, and work on basic training, socialization, separation anxiety, and leash manners. I have a sweet, mellow, well-balanced female lab who loves to make new friends and will be a good role model for puppies or anxious types, if you'd like her to come along. Transport - I have a spacious, safe, brand new cozy hatchback with bedding so dogs travel in comfort (and style). There is always water & towels on hand.
