Joanne has been my pet sitter for the last 5 years. I have 3 dogs and 4 birds! She always follows the instructions I leave her and she sends me photo and video updates. She also brings in my mail while I'm gone. My house is clean when I come home from my vacation and my pets are happy. I totally recommend Joanne!

When it comes to animals and pet care, Joanna is nothing short of exceptional. She is astute, reliable, trustworthy, self-motivated, courteous to people, compassionate to animals, and – best of all – a genuinely good person! She pays careful attention to details and follows directions with unwavering accuracy. I have left my three dogs and four birds in her care many times while I've been out of town (and out of the country) with a lengthy laundry list of to-dos and to-don'ts. Nothing was overlooked or under-delivered. In fact, my only complaint with her service is that she did such a good job that my pets didn't seem to miss me all that much. Joanne would write me emails about my pets every day and even send me little videos to keep me informed and assured. And, if I had a question or concern, I could reach out to her any time. She has earned my respect (and quite a few gratuities!) for her genuine enthusiasm and her extraordinary work ethic. Five star service!
