Pet care experience
I have been taking care of dogs, cats, and other critters alike for the past 15 years. The past two years I've been fostering for local rescues and ensuring safe homes for these amazing animals. I have experience with puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs (senior dogs rule!), and have experiences with kittens, adult cats and senior cats. My neighbors and friends use me to check in on their animals, and I love all animals! I'm excited to get to know more about your pet and make sure that they and you are happy! I'm currently a masters student and have a lot of free time and flexibility for pet care. In the days that I am not in school, I am working from home and have the availability to pop-in for a walk, a feed, or just to play. I live in a safe and warm house which is home to my own two dogs. There is enough room to separate animals (if need be) to give them their own space to settle in and relax. We have fenced back patio, and plenty of quiet streets to walk down.

Joanna was absolutely amazing. We usually leave our dog with my parents but wanted an option closer to home. Joanna and I had a call before Beau’s stay and she talked me through her routine, asked questions, and made me feel very comfortable. She was very communicative before and during his stay and sent lots of pictures of them on walks, at the dog park, and playing at home. You could tell Beau was enjoying himself! I felt very at ease the whole time that Beau was well taken care of and will definitely be using Joanna again! I loved that Beau had company in her two pups as well and they all got along great. Highly highly recommend!
Joanna was so great with my pup Arlo. She provided regular photo and text updates and went the extra mile to comfort him when he became anxious. When my flight home was cancelled, Joanna graciously agreed to hold onto Arlo for an extra hour until my mother could pick him up. Thank you Joanna!
Always a wonderful experience for my dog with Joanna. She is very attentive and ensures that he has the best experience. He also loves her dogs - his playmates. Highly recommend.
