Pet care experience
My dogs are my "fur babies". I personally have 3 rescued dogs at this time, 2 pit bull/boxer mixes and a toy Chihuahua. I've been pet sitting for friends and family my whole life. I'm comfortable with all breeds, and can give medications and walks. I'm a fantastic "pooper scooper" too. My schedule is flexible and I'm happy to accommodate special needs: baths, vet visits, special diets, etc. I'm a reliable, older lady who understands your dog is family.

When I first met JoAnna, she was over all a lovely person. My dog, Penelope, is usually afraid of meeting new people, but not with JoAnna! My dogs absolutely fell in love with her the second she walked into my home. She was very attentive to my dogs and went above and beyond for them. There was hardly a mess left over when I came back from our vacation and overall Scotty and Penelope were very taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend JoAnna to take care of your pets. :)
JoAnna was wonderful. Very attentive to my mature dog and my younger puppy. It was so nice to get away and not have to worry about them. The pictures were perfect and helped me feel very secure while being away. Highly recommend and will use her again.
JoAnna really went above and beyond to care for my dog when I suddenly needed to leave town for a weekend. She was flexible, communicative, and very easy to work with. I highly, highly recommend her!!

I have 7 cats and a dog currently. The house is pet-proofed as is the lanai and yard, which has a chain link dog run as well as being a fully fenced backyard.

I like to know any special quirks your dog has. It helps me avoid stressing your dog and lets me understand their behavior better. Are they afraid of thunder or motorcycles? Do they like to play tug of ar before they eat? Those types of things keep the pet on schedule.
A typical day
I prefer to walk/exercise your dog as it's used to. If that means going someplace away from your neighborhood that is fine. If your dog is a couch potato then I'll be sure to spend time snuggling with them.

I am a pet-sitter by profession, so it's my full-time work. I work as needed 24/7, keeping your pet's schedule as close to what they are used to as possible.
