Pet care experience
Hi, my name is Jo and I am new to Rover, but not to pet care. I have had animals my entire life, but after moving out I don't have my own pets anymore. Currently I am fostering a belgian malinois named Janis. I love animals and I love getting to help them even though I’m not ready for my own pet. I understand the emotional and physical needs of animals and I would be great at communicating with you about your pet. Whether your animal loves to play, loves to cuddle, or would like to be left alone, I would be happy to sit, check on them, walk and play with them :). Because I do not offer care in my home, I won't touch on that much. However, in the past my pets have been crate trained and free roaming in and outdoors (when it is fenced). I will always honor a clients request for the safety of their animal.

I feel it’s very useful to talk about the personality of your pet and what kind of language you use in order to speak to them. I want to make your pet feel comfortable and maintain their normal environment as much as possible.
A typical day
I love being outside and taking walks. My foster and I take walks in the mornings and go creep on squirrels at the park. We run and play and sometimes sit in the grass and watch other people.
