Pet care experience
I’ve been around animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve volunteered to work as a ranch hand and at animal sanctuaries, so my experience with various animals is well rounded. I currently walk my neighborhood dogs, bathe them as needed, board them as well. I’m familiar with medication administration if needed as well.

I have an open yard that isn’t fenced, but my neighborhood is perfect for scenic walks as well as exercise due to various inclines. I have bowls for their water, a bath tub inside for baths and a kiddie pool for those warm days. We have a front porch that is shaded as well and a spare room for overnight visits. When caring for another’s pet, I treat that pet as if it were my own. We have plenty of toys for dogs and cats too.

A typical day
I love to simulate dogs and participate in high energy activities. There are plenty of areas near me to hike or go for a run or leisurely stroll. Fetch is a classic and favorite but I really enjoy frisbees!

Availability
I work at a fire department 24 hrs on and 48 hrs off so my schedule isn’t set to a standard “M-F 7am-5pm”, however on my days off I am available so we just need to coordinate a schedule!
